Classes to be taught: Afterschool Financial Literacy
Grade(s) to be taught: 5-8
Part-time, Monday-Friday 3:30-6:30 PM
Teacher Certification is NOT required
Salary is $40 per hour
Start date: 09/30/2026
Incoming teacher salary range $40/hour
Part-time, Monday-Friday 3:30-6:30 PM (~12 hrs/week), through June 2027. Co-delivers a financial literacy curriculum (Bloomberg Market Concepts, stock market simulations, micro-businesses) at a federally funded (21st CCLC) afterschool program. No finance background required, we train for that. Ideal for a current/former classroom teacher, comfortable with middle schoolers, in an urban Title I setting. Maryland background check required.
